Zen In A Bottle is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you receive any damaged goods, or you receive a product that is not what you ordered, you may return within 30 days of purchase! If you are unhappy with your product for any reason you may return unused portion to us for a full refund within 2 weeks of delivery date. You will be responsible for return shipping in this case.

Email customer service at info@zenifi.biz If item is damaged or defective and we will issue a pre paid return shipping label. If you are returning for any other reason you are responsible for paying return shipping.

We DO NOT accept returns after 30 days from ship date.

If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

To cancel an order, please email info@zenifi.biz If your order has not shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you (per your paid return shipping).
