Frequently Asked Questions
CBD is an abbreviation for cannabidiol. Cannabidiol is a non intoxicating cannabinoid that may provide health benefits for certain individuals. Cbd is a naturally occurring ingredient found in both industrial hemp and cannabis in varying concentrations. Our CBD products are only sourced from Hemp. This ensures all of our products are legal, safe and cannot make you high.
CBD affects the Endocannabinoid system (ECS) which helps maintain homeostasis in two areas: the firing of brain cells in the nervous system, and the inflammatory response of the immune system.
CBD doesn’t necessarily create benefits directly, but rather indirectly by facilitating your own body to do what it needs to do to balance and regulate. CBD is widely regarded as the cannabinoid with the most health potential by researchers. We suggest everyone do their own unique research on CBD and cannabinoids to gain a full understanding of it’s components and benefits.
Yes its safe. There is a myth that circulates everywhere that CBD is non-psychoactive because this sounds reassuring to people and distinguishes CBD from Marijuana. However, this isn’t true. What this word is intended to mean is non intoxicating. Because CBD does positively impact the brain and the way serotonin is regulated, it does in fact have psychoactive properties! Just not in the sense that most people understand that word. CBD has no known toxicity and has no documented cases of overdose or harmful effects. Our hemp, in particular, is thoroughly tested for purity, quality, and cleanliness.
Our extraction process utilizes a patent pending extraction process to ensure the purest and safest CBD available.
Our CBD is extracted from hemp that has been legally grown in Colorado as part of the Colorado Industrial Hemp Program. We carefully source our hemp from farmers who are registered with the Colorado Department of Agriculture and in compliance Colorado law. Our extraction process also happens in Colorado, and our product is bottled and shipped from Charlotte NC where are headquarters reside.
Yes. Our revolutionary process activates the CBD in a way that does not exist in other methods. The total cannabidiol matrix found in our products contains approximately 85%-90% cannabidiol and 10%-15% cannabidiolic acid. We believe that a mixture of both forms of cannabidiol provides the most beneficial effects.
ZIAB is a hemp derived product. It contains only trace amounts of THC below the legal limit of .3%
ZIAB contains small amounts of cannabigerol, abbreviated as CBG. Cannabigerol may have health benefits for certain individuals.
If you wish to learn more about cannabigerol, a simple google search for CBG or cannabigerol will yield multiple articles about CBG.
Hemp-derived CBD is considered a dietary supplement and is legal to purchase and ship in the United States under the federal farm act of 2014

Because our products are food grade dietary supplements, there is no need to obtain a medical marijuana card to purchase our products. However, with new State specific laws being regulated each day with the expansion of the CBD market, please do your due diligence and check your states individual and most recent regulations before purchasing.
No, you can’t get high off of Hemp Extract CBD. Our Hemp derived CBD contains below .3% THC. Again, most places will say it’s non psychoactive, but this is really a misuse of the word. It’s non intoxicating and will not get you high.
CBD is one of the two most prominent cannabinoids in the Cannabis plant, the other one being THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). Drug tests are scanning for THC. Many CBD products have no THC in them at all, and all CBD products derived from hemp have either ZERO or less than 0.3% THC which would require massive doses to acquire in your bloodstream. However, it’s been said there are many factors that determine whether a person can pass a drug test when taking CBD, making them unpredictable. So while the absence or trace amounts of THC found in CBD products is very minuscule, if your job requires drug testing you assume the risk that it’s possible to fail if you take CBD. As with everything else, we recommend doing your own research to gain more clarity on the matter.
We recommend you start with a low dose and work your way up based on how you feel. A recommended starting dose is 10MG per day and can go up to 200mg for more serious issues. Always start low and don’t assume more is better as each person is unique and will respond differently. The goal is to use the lowest necessary dose, and ease your way into higher doses if necessary but give your body time to adjust and feel the benefits before adding more mg.
